"Securing their future - for parents of children and adult children with a decision-making disability" is a resource booklet produced by the Office of the Public Advocate and Victorian Legal Aid. Formerly published as "Thinking Ahead", it has valuable information about will and estate planning, guardianship and administration, enduring powers of attorney and where to get help if you are a parent of a child with a decision-making disability.
